Viareo Wireless Continues to Help Customers Impacted by Severe Weather Conditions

Fort Morgan, Colorado, April 9th, 2019: Due to the latest National Weather Service’s Winter Storm Watch, Viaero Wireless would like to remind our customers of our flood and blizzard assistance program. We would also like to inform our customers about our network’s reliability during inclement weather conditions. Customers in need of billing assistance due to the recent flooding and winter storms can contact Viaero’s customer service at 1-877-744-1850.

Keeping our customers connected is our number one priority, as they are a crucial part of our family. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help maintain customers’ wireless services in the face of continued financial difficulties. All of our towers also have reliable long-lasting battery backup, and most have backup generators.

These backups allowed us to provide maximum voice and data service availability to our customers and First Responders during March’s bomb cyclone blizzard. We continue to stand by during this latest storm and are able to quickly provide additional services that our First Responders and customers might need. The National Weather Service is predicting strong winds and heavy snow in Northeastern Colorado and Nebraska through Thursday morning, with the possibility of widespread power outages and hazardous or impossible travel conditions.
