Fort Morgan, Colorado, July 7th, 2021: Viaero Wireless will celebrate the Ft. Morgan store’s 30th anniversary between July 22nd and 24th. The celebration will also mark the grand opening of the store’s new location at 100 East Platte Avenue.
On Friday, July 23rd, the store will host a complimentary lunch for the community from 11 am to 2 pm. Residents can register to win several door prizes, including a new TV. All new in-store activations on July 23rd and July 24th will include a free month of service.
The Ft. Morgan location has been a mainstay of the community for 30 years and grew in capacity as Viaero Wireless expanded throughout northeastern Colorado and western Nebraska. Viaero’s network coverage started with a few towers in the Ft. Morgan area and now consists of over 1,000 towers.
Viaero’s towers are equipped to withstand the forces of an F3 tornado and maintain service during natural disasters. The network’s supporting infrastructure also helps minimize downtime in the event a tower goes offline. Service restoration happens within hours instead of weeks.
Viaero Wireless serves consumers and businesses through over 60 stores and authorized dealers. Service and phone discounts are available for both current and new subscribers. Viaero’s recently launched three new divisions, Viaero Fiber Networks, Industrial West Construction, and Industrial West Signage. Viaero’s fiber internet service brings higher speeds and increased reliability to businesses and residential customers in select areas.
Combining hometown roots with a global reach through leading partners in the industry, Viaero Wireless is implementing several network improvements that will extend into next year. Viaero also continues to make additional community investments with numerous events and sponsorships, including NEBRASKALandDays, coat and food drives, and lunches and fundraisers for first responders.
The sales team looks forward to ramping up in-person events and community involvement post-pandemic. Questions about the 30th anniversary and grand opening celebration can be directed to the Ft. Morgan store manager, Gracie Garcia, at 970-467-1111. “I’m thrilled to join the Viaero team and am looking forward to working more closely with the Ft. Morgan community,” said Garcia.

Fort Morgan, Colorado, November 26th, 2019: Winter Storm Dorothy, forecasted to drop more than a foot of snow and create dangerous blizzard conditions in some areas, could deter Thanksgiving travel plans across the Midwest. Startling images continue to be captured by Viaero’s live tower camera network as the storm makes its way across Colorado into Nebraska and Wyoming.
Several of Viaero’s news network partners and national cable networks like the Weather Channel have relied on the live images to inform the public of deteriorating road conditions and heavy snow accumulations. Winter Storm Ezekiel is also scheduled to produce snow and wind in Northeastern Colorado and the Midwest later this week.
News networks and partners have previously used images produced by Viaero’s camera network during Colorado’s Spring Creek Fire and the development of life-threatening storms. Viaero is pleased to provide the cameras as a service to its communities. Before making any travel plans, residents and tourists can check live road and weather conditions online at https://www.viaero.com/community/live-weather-videos/.
